Doing their very best to break toxic parenting cycles, harmonize work and life (balance is a lie), learn how to regulate their own emotions and on top of it all…prioritize their relationships and ”fill their own cup”.

I know it may feel a bit impossible at the moment… but I promise you, finding self-fulfillment and being a good mom is not only possible, it is inevitable.
