I believe that motherhood is the most enlightening journey…and yet, many women are feeling
stuck within its shadows....
…but the cup is filled with lukewarm coffee at best,
and rarely gets the
presence it deserves.
Doing their very best to break toxic parenting cycles, harmonize work and life (balance is a lie), learn how to regulate their own emotions and on top of it all…prioritize their relationships and ”fill their own cup”.
I know it may feel a bit impossible at the moment… but I promise you, finding self-fulfillment and being a good mom is not only possible, it is inevitable.
And I bet you’ve never related to a cup of coffee more than
you do now.
Half empty, set-aside and on edge.
To make that happen, you must be commited to
...is your subconscious mind.
Your subconscious mind has been wiring your identity for a long time.
From the time you were born until the age of seven years old, you are in a hyper-aware state and your subconscious mind is extremely active–absorbing everything around you and laying the foundation of your identity.
Chances are, your own children are currently in these important stages.
